I've never been a great planner. Just like anyone though, I've picked things up out of necessity. After all, building an app without plans wouldn't work very well. It feels amazing when a plan comes together. All of the details are just so. The team is pleased with the outcome.

The Pain of Paying Technical Debt

Technical Debt had struck again. I was working my way through morning tasks when I started seeing emails customer emails come streaming in — they weren’t happy.. Our team had been developing new features and testing them in our production environment.
